Your application has been approved. Your permit will only become effective on the start date you selected.

Your permit will be effective on {{FormatDate PermitStartDate}} to September 30, 2026. This means that before the end of the current practice year, you will have to renew.

If any conditions have been imposed, they will appear on the back of your RN practice permit.

As your permit has been issued with an effective date during our annual renewal season of August 1 - September 30, we ask that you wait to start your renewal application until after your RN permit has officially started.
