You’ve Been Selected for Quality Assurance (QA) Review - Next Steps

Hello {{RegistrantFirstName}},

You have been randomly selected for Quality Assurance (QA) review as part of the Continuing Competence Program (CCP) requirement. This review ensures registrants’ compliance with the CRNA’s standards and your participation is required according to the CCP Standards.

Selection

Your selection was based on your attestation in last year’s renewal application. You attested to meeting the CCP requirement for the 2025 practice year and that evidence could be provided if requested.

We don’t require evidence (i.e. certificates, receipts, personal notes) of your learning activities or feedback to be submitted to us. Instead, you are required to complete a short form summarizing the key points of your 2025 self-directed learning plan.

Submission & Deadline

On Aug. 1, 2026 you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your CCP self-directed learning plan in an online form. All submissions are due by Sept. 30, 2026.

How to Prepare

Your 2025 practice year (Oct. 1, 2024 - Sept. 30, 2025) submission must include: 

• Your topic of focus for your learning
• Your primary domain of practice (Clinical, Research, Education, or Administration)
• A rationale for the topic of your learning
• The corresponding practice standard (1.1-4.8 found on pages 6-9 in Practice Standards for Registrants)
• Completed learning activity (course, seminar, resource)
• One key takeaway for professional implementation
